At Lilies we exercise utmost care in cleaning the baby care items entrusted to us. Our 100% Chemical Free processes are, in our opinion, best suited to the nature and condition of the items we clean. Whilst we follow all evident care and clean instructions for your baby care items, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses of, or defects in, materials that have exceed the manufacturers warranty date, or are not readily apparent prior to cleaning.

If your baby gear is very soiled or has slight amount mould this additional surcharge is required. Unfortunately we may not be able to process extremely mouldy gear.
Please add the appropriate number of accessories to your order. This includes items, like seat liners, footmuffs, change bags, etc.
On rare occasions a piece of baby gear might be extensively stained or mouldy and we cannot fully clean it. The gear can be completely sanitized but some cosmetic issues may remain.
